DescriptionThis is one of the most prominent Hotels in the area which sets high standards and is well located within the village.The beach of Luz is 150 mts walk from the hotel, as are the bars, restuarants and night life of the town. There is a great deal of space around the gardens within the Hotel and numerous sitting areas for guests to enjoy the ambience. The Hotel is completely air conditioned and each guest can control the temperature within their own room. Forty Four of the rooms have a seperate living area where you can sit and enjoy the views, watch television or have a family meal and drink in the privacy of your own accomodation. Each room has TV, a safe, Fridge, Air Conditioning and a complete bathroom. Rooms are cleaned daily with Linen changed weekly and towels twice weekly. There are two large adult swimming pools and a seperate pool for the children, all within watching distance of each other. To complement your stay there are sauna rooms, a Turkish bath, three tennis courts and a squash court for all to use. Close by is Wind Surfing, for those who feel up to it, Jet Ski's and deep sea fishing. There are a small number of Night Clubs in the village along with disco's for those who still feel energetic. For the less energetic there is access to local handicrafts and an array of restuarants to suit every pocket with a few minutes walk from the Hotel. To the west is the most westerly point in Europe at Cape St. Vincente and the fishing town of Sagres. There are a variety of restuarants here along with specialist fish establishments. To the east is Lagos, Alvor the ancient capital of the Algarve and Portimao the once famous sardine port. Golfers are in a wonderful location here at the Hotel. Not only are there over forty courses within the Alagrve to choose from but some of the world class courses are within easy reach from Luz.
