DescriptionThis property is a 4-bedroom guest house but it can be rented to groups or families subject to availability. The owners have a seperate living area. The price includes continental breakfast, daily maid service, free parking and use of kitchen-bbq. Please note children under the age of 14 years old are not permitted.This property is set in a quiet area between Luz and Burgau in the Western Algarve. There are two beaches within easy reach at Luz and Burgau with plenty of restuarants, cafes and bars on the way. It is ideally situated for a holiday with beach, exploration and travel in mind or for those who just want peace and quiet in the totally private grounds. There is plenty of space all around and the property is walled and enclosed on all sides. The property is of the hacienda type and of a very large size. There are open spaces with planted gardens, a pool with walk in end and many shaded areas where one can escape from the midday sun. The rooms are all tastefully decorated by the owner who has a flare for interior design. There are four bedrooms. Three double bedrooms and one twin. All have private bathrooms. The Santa Fe bedroom, which is annexed to the main house, has its own shower room. The lounge which has access to the dining room, bar and pool area is set at the centre of the villa. The dining area will seat eight in comfort but for larger occasions the breakfast room seats twenty. Kitchen is fully fitted and will suit those who want to dabble or those who are professional chefs equally aswell. The arcitecture is a variety of Moroccan, Portuguese and Indonesian and the feel is that of complete relaxation. A fully stocked bar is availble to guests on a replacement basis. A highly recommended Property in one of the most sought after areas of the Western Algarve NotesLuz is the most popular resort in the western Algarve and has much to recommend it. It has a long, curved, sandy beach suitable for families.Burgau is a quiet and unspoilt village with much happening during the year. It too has a wonderfull beach with the famous Burgau Beach Bar half way along it. There are plenty of bars and restaurants, shops, cinema, banks and post office. Nearby is the Boavista golf course, Parque da Floresta and Pennina Courses. Local attractions include Zoomarine and a water park. Excursions can be arranged locally for jeep trips into the hills, boat trips to see the caves, diving, para sailing etc. Car Recommended but Not Essential for those who like to walk.
