DescriptionThis spacious two storey villa is set in the quiet residential area of Montinhos da Luz about one and a half kilometres from the resort of Praia da Luz with its shops, restaurants and beaches. The villa is set in a walled, mature garden giving total privacy and security. The villa is about twelve years old but has been completely redecorated and is furnished to a high standard.The large lounge has wide patio doors opening on to a shaded terrace and the pool area. The fully fitted kitchen has fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and full size cooker etc. Off the kitchen is a games room with table tennis table. The master bedroom on the first floor has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and full en-suite bathroom. Patio doors lead to a roof terrace. There is a sitting area outside the bedroom with a bookshelf, writing desk and suite. Bedroom two has a wardrobe, two single beds and patio doors to the pool, there is an en-suite bathroom. Bedrooms three and four each have two single beds and fitted wardrobes with en-suite shower rooms. Parking is off road in the driveway. NotesLuz is the most popular resort in the western Algarve and has much to recommend it.It is quiet but has plenty to keep one occupied and is within easy reach of many attractions. It has a long, curved, sandy beach suitable for families. There are plenty of bars and restaurants, shops, cinema, banks and post office. Nearby is the Boavista golf course, Parque da Floresta and Pennina Courses. Local attractions include Zoomarine and a water park.
